MARKETING SPECIALIST, IOWA STATE REC SERVICES
In this role, I specialize in creating visually compelling content that strengthens the brand identity of Iowa State Recreation Services. My work spans a variety of mediums, including social media campaigns, merchandise design, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials. I take pride in developing creative solutions that resonate with diverse target audiences, all while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. I work closely with the marketing team to align strategies, brainstorm innovative ideas, and ensure cohesive messaging across platforms. Through a combination of graphic design expertise and strategic planning, I contribute to enhancing the visibility and appeal of Rec Services offerings. This position allows me to merge my creative skills with a passion for effective communication in a dynamic campus environment.
2025 INTRAMURAL MAGNET
This design was for the 2025 Intramural Magnet that will be used for the 2025-2026 academic year. My goal with this was to create a design that was legible and unique to help promote participation in intramural sports.
REC SPRING CALENDAR 2025
My design has been selected as the official poster for Iowa State University's Rec Services Spring 2025 promotional campaign. The poster aims to comprehensively highlight all the recreational facilities, programs, and activities available to students throughout the spring semester.
UNIFED CHAMPION T-SHIRT
For this project, I was tasked to create a t-shirt design for the Special Olympics Iowa Unified Sports volleyball champions. This shirt was gifted to the winners of the tournament.
REC ADVENTURE FLYER CAMPAIGN
For this project, I was tasked with designing a series of posters to promote events hosted by the Rec Adventure department. The goal was to create a visually distinct series that stood out from the usual branding, capturing the attention of gym-goers and ISU students through striking content and imagery.
ADVENTURE EVENT INFOGRAPHICS
I was tasked with designing both a flyer and a brochure to promote the upcoming Rock Climbing class dates organized by the Rec Adventure program. The materials will include key details about the classes, such as schedules, registration information, and any necessary equipment or prerequisites.
INBODY WALL STICKER
For this project, my task was to design an informational and visually engaging wall sticker to be placed in front of the InBody composition analysis machine available at ISU facilities. Collaborating with the faculty who operate the machine, we ultimately decided on this geometric shape as the design, with an emphasis on photography.
